Chiropractor & Owner

Dr. Guy Thomson

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in the field of Nutrition and Physiology. Subsequently, I graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2000. Recognizing the value of a broad chiropractic education, I extensively studied diverse adjusting techniques including Palmer Package, Gonstead, Diversified, Cranio-Sacral, Activator, Network, SOT, Cox, and Thompson Technique.

As a chiropractor, I specialize in the treatment of low back pain and neck/shoulder disorders. Many types of headaches respond to chiropratic adjustments. I also have extensive post graduate training in injury rehabilitation, treatment of disc injury, treatment of extremities including shoulders, wrists, ribs, hips, knees, and ankles.

Individualized Treatment Approach

I believe in taking the time to get to know my patients and understand how their daily activities contribute to their physical condition. In addition to effective, gentle chiropractic adjustments, I assess stability, flexibility, symmetry, and ergonomics. Often problems with posture or repetitive stress contribute to chronic conditions. Stabilization exercises, ergonomics, and modification of daily activities all contribute to a multidisciplinary, holistic approach to patient treatment. Each patient’s care is unique and therefore customized to meet their specific condition and needs. As a chiropractor, I will modify adjustments based on your size, weight, age and health condition

Patient education is very important. I always have time to answer your questions. I believe it is vital for you to understand what is causing your symptoms and so that you can be an active participant in your treatment. At my clinic, patients are always treated with respect and never rushed.
